Retirement Day Number: Not Important.

Last night Mia whipped up some Beef Wellington accompanied by singed asparagus tips on a honey-balsamic vinegar sauce with almonds, and some parsley-roasted fingerling potatoes. It was delicious, so I thought I would surprise her today.

I got up early from my nap and slaved for almost five minutes over a hot toaster oven and … voila! I call it, “Cappy Rick’s in a Pickle.”

(PS: I just realized that I used not one, not two, but three apostrophes in one contracted title. Yay!)
